Mirroring asset files doesn't clean up....

Description

When creating an assets directory in a plugin it copies all of the files over to the applications public directory. What if I remove or rename a file? The old file still remains in the public directory. When the server is booted up should it clear the files and recopy everything so it is an EXACT copy of the assets directory.

    • → Milestone changed from “” to “The Future”
    • → State changed from “new” to “open”
    • → Assigned user changed from “” to “James Adam”

This may be solved by some of the 'symlink' fixes that are upstream at the moment.

    • → Tag changed from “” to “major public_assets”
    • → State changed from “open” to “hold”

This isn't a priority, so for the sake of my overloaded brain, I'm going to put it on hold.
